Fraud and deception

Howie Rich's effort to put his three-headed monster--state budget cap, judicial attack, and "eminent domain" --on state ballots around the country has not been pretty.

His drive to manipulate state laws has resulted in unprecedented rule-breaking, lawsuits, fraud, and even violence in some states.

As a result, Rich's pet issues have been kicked off the ballot in four states-Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nevada. Legal action is pending in Montana and Nebraska.

In Montana, countless voters were tricked into signing CI-98 (budget cap) and CI-97 (judicial attack) when out-of-state signature gatherers told them they had to sign three times on I-154 ("eminent domain").

Proof of pervasive fraud in signature gathering led Great Falls District Judge Dirk Sandefur to invalidate all three initiatives.
